Waterjet Cutting |
Our gantry-style machines have a maximum 6 x 12 foot cutting capacity. Can handle material thicknesses from as thin as 0.001" up to 16". Cutting tolerance is +/- .005" (depending on material type, thickness, and feed rate.)

Cuts softer materials as foam, rubber, thin plastics & rubbers, adhesive-backed materials, fiberglass, etc. Ideally suited to cutting gaskets, shims, seals, case inserts, signs, logos, and more.

Abrasive Jet Cutting |
Our gantry-style machine has a maximum 6 x 10 foot cutting capacity. Can handle material thicknesses from as thin as 0.001" up to 6" With special cutting head fixtures, larger items can be cut. Cutting tolerance is +/- .005" (depending on material type, thickness, and feed rate.)

Cuts very hard materials as metals, glass, thick plastics, composites, fiber-reinforced materials by adding garnet to the jet stream. Ideally suited for blanking parts, converting plate stocks to bars, cutting metal shims, sign works, stone & ceramic tile inlays, instrument panels, and more.

Laser Cutting & Marking |
Our compact high-power laser cutter has an excellent beam quality that can be focused to the smallest achievable spot size. The result is faster processing speeds and higher resolution.

Ideally suited for cutting, marking, and engraving applications. Works on plastics, leather, coated metals, and a variety of foams.
